One of the tried and true bodybuilding methods for putting on massive amounts of weight in a short period of time is the so-called “Gallon of Milk a Day” program. Yes, it’s as simple as it sounds. The goal, over the course of several weeks, is to get up to drinking one full gallon of whole milk per day.
