7 Side Effects of Chemotherapy Drugs

Side effects are common with the use of many chemotherapy drugs . Whether patients are undergoing mild Doxil chemotherapy or heavy treatments of Cisplatin chemotherapy side effects should be expected but can be dealt with to make therapy less intrusive Patients undergoing Taxotere chemotherapy and Colorectal chemotherapy should expect to experience some of the more common side effects caused by chemotherapy treatment Anemia is one of the more common side effect of chemotherapy and can be seen in patients undergoing Adjuvant chemotherapy and even Mesothelioma chemotherapy With all chemotherapy drugs , even Adriamycin chemotherapy, side effects will occur, but do not have to stop life from going on

Cleaning up Bangkok after unrest...Clean-up operations are underway in Bangkok, Thailand's capital, days after the largest shopping centre in the country was burnt down during deadly unrest between the red shirt protesters and security forces. The destruction of the second largest shopping centre in Southeast Asia has caused a loss estimated between 15 and 30bn dollars on the buildings alone. And Bangkok's stock exchange was also damaged, bringing a halt to trading and threatening economic growth in the country. Al Jazeera's Step Vassen reports from Bangkok. [May 21, 2010]
Russia may halt US child adoptions...Russia is threatening to suspend all adoptions of Russian children by US families after a Tennessee woman sent an adopted seven-year-old boy unaccompanied on a flight back to Moscow. Artem Saveliev arrived in Russia with a note from the adoptive single mother saying she had made a mistake taking him and does not want him anymore. She claims he was mentally unstable and violent. But Saveliev said the adoptive mother was abusive. Russia's foreign minister has called it the 'last straw' in a series of US adoptions that have gone wrong.
