If the big muscular men and women do not intimidate you then you are bound to be intimidated by the vocabularies which characterize bodybuilding such as: spotting, reps, pyramid training and predication. There is no one who was born big not even Arnold Schwarzenegger. Each and every professional bodybuilder had his or her first day in the gym.
