Weightlifting is certainly part of the bodybuilding process and normally it would all come down to how much you can lift. As far as celebrity weightlifter Terry Baldwin is concerned, you rarely get to find out the secret behind how much they can lift. Being able to weigh a whopping 345 lbs. is no easy task and fortunately the 54 year old Baldwin was kind enough to take some time out and share with others his secret. He works out four days a week, an hour and a half per session, taking a week off every 10 weeks. He cycles through different muscle
