You have to tip your hat off to the triathletes for being able to keep in pace and show off their endurance and strength. However, tragedies will happen and that is what happened to Renee Nicholls, a world champion triathlete from the Australian Defence Force who died in a cycling accident. After making some insulting remarks to former pro wrestler and current UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar, Frank Mir has issued an apology to the latter. Isaac Hall has been given a 2 year sports ban by the International Natural Bodybuilding Association for failing to submit a sample for testing purposes. Hall eventually retired from sporting competition and the 2 year ban will not commence until he rejoins a sport.
